About: Beacon Medical Group

Raised the problem of a rupture at my Navel by E consult. Talked to Doctor same day and was asked to send in Photo. A different Doctor then contacted me a few days later to review the situation. I was then contacted by my Named GP confirming I would be put forward for Surgery.

I was then transferred to the NHS system. Then progress became very confused.

I had to continue pressing the NHS for action.

Eventually got an appointment. The surgery was successful.
