"Appointment What Appointment - Disgrace"

I received a SMS advising to contact the surgery to book an appointment. I called and was told there are no appointments and was advised to call again today at 0800. I did, was 41st in queue and pressed 1 to get a call back. I received call back to be told there are no appointments available today, try again tomorrow. I asked why I couldnt book one for tomorrow and was told the appointments are locked. Unlock them then please! I cant!

What a disgraceful way to run a place. Something needs sorting whereby you dont have to play roulette every day to see if you can get an appointment. Absolute joke. If I could go elesewhere I would
