"AEC Unit unfit for purpose "

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

* Told 3 people in front to see the doctor, 6 hours later and 15 people seen but I still had not been seen.

* Nurses shuffling paperwork without viewing to get their own friends to the top.

* Nurses on reception shouting across the room at other staff.

* I walked out after 6 hours without being seen and getting a call once home by doctor saying they have been looking for me for hours! But then admitted they hadn’t ! Wanting me to return for a scan ! Other patients were sent for a scan after triage yet they neglected me.

Heart attack or not I won’t be returning here.
