Over the last few weeks the service provided by the contracted taxi company has been abysmal. Late in picking up for dialysis, late in picking up for journey home, sometimes as much as an hour. Given that it is the same people who are getting picked up on the same days I find it hard no one can organise pick ups on a timely basis. It’s a long enough day without having to add another 2 hours on to it. Considering the price the NHS pay to the taxi company, I think it’s about time they looked into getting value for money and started chasing them up about their service.
