"Really worrying how poor this service is"

Really worrying how bad Camhs is, the staff have an appalling attitude also. The level of service is a worry, your staff speak to under 16 children, make promises and break them. Tell young men under 16 you are calling at a set time, and then you just do not call. No reason no excuse just let the child down. It seems more admin staff and people sending each other messages and busy doing nothing, but we are seeing very little on the actual helping people . I was led to believe your service is there to support mental health and wondered when you are open for business.
