My brother recently spent some time in Queen Elizabeth hospital after a fall, he was treated very well whilst on the ward. I am his next of kin but live over two hundred miles away, and we wished to have him with us so the hospital arranged an ambulance to bring him. Unfortunately he had no clothes with him and a very kind lady from the hospital bought him a tracksuit to travel in. What I call going above and beyond. It helped to make a very stressful situation better for me.
