I was a patient on ward H1 at the Royal Hallamshire hospital in Sheffield in June of this year. I was upset when my operation was cancelled on the friday and I was allowed home for the weekend because, when I returned on the monday, my bath towel had disappeared from the rear of my bedside locker - the bed had been allocated to another patient even though I returned as a patient on the same ward.
