About: Emergency Department / Minor Injuries

(as a parent/guardian),

I attended recently with my son after he injured himself causing, injury to both arms, wrists and hands, we were seen promptly by an amazing staff member who provided us with first class care and explained everything so my son fully understood.

We had a really positive experience and can’t thank enough them incredible care whilst we were in the department.

First of all, I am sorry to hear of your son’s injuries and that he required to attend the Minor Injuries Unit here at University Hospital Wishaw.

I am pleased to hear that you found the staff incredibly helpful. It is very reassuring to read your comments and I will ensure that this is passed on to the staff for them to know that their care and personal attention is appreciated. I have no doubt they will be delighted for the feedback.
