"Cancellation of procedure"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

Through varying mistakes from members of staff that organise procedures, I have had my procedure cancelled a few times. This is very aggravating. 

The service from staff within the ward has been superb and I have no complaints. 

My procedure hasn't been done and because of back room errors, will never be done now.

I am so sorry you had your procedure cancelled. We try really hard to ensure everyone gets their operation but sometimes it's beyond our control.
