"Inadequate, reduced disabled parking"

As a wheelchair user, with non- driving carer, I was appalled to find a huge reduction to 3 disabled parking bays - for a “ health centre”! Clearly a money-making exercise to increase revenue. Steep access slopes make it impossible for frail or elderly to propel wheelchairs to find suitably accessible bays. Previously, disabled access was a renowned and appreciated feature here. Can some compassion instead of greed be displayed please?
