"Awful"

I have called four times between the hours of 12-1 for my test results and have waited over 40 mins each time. Today I called at precisely 12pm and was told I am number 1 in the queue and proceeded to wait over 40mins again. I looked at my test results online and it says there is an abnormality and yet no one has called to let me know three weeks since the blood tests and I can’t even get through to speak to someone about it.

This surgery has always been poor but it has become ridiculous now with its lack of patient care. Planning to leave ASAP
