(as a service user),

After my referral was processed, my care was escalated quickly and the wonderful consultant made it his upmost to see a plan to fix my shoulder was put in motion. From onset to post surgery I cannot fault anything, with out going into detail , I was cared for  above and beyond. I’m incredibly grateful to each and everyone involved in my care

Dear Joandrich

Thank you for your post in Care Opinion as it really does boost staff morale and the staff share these comments with theatres

who also work as hard as a team.

As Matron for both the hub and theatres it really is morale boosting for me as well as I try and answer all of the posts on Care Opinion as it’s the best part of my job to get patient feedback.

We aim to to give the highest quality service and your comments prove we are getting it right
