In the last week of August I needed to go twice to Coupar Angus Surgery for blood tests.

I always get a bit stressed when blood samples are being taken but Mandy made me feel really at ease. 

Furthermore I normally feel some pain with the insertion of the needle - in both instances with Mandy there was little if any pain! Don’t quite know how she managed that! 😀

In addition I was held up for unexpected reasons and was a few minutes late for my appointment; Mandy kindly found a way to accommodate me, whereas some staff wouldn’t have made the effort.

So, in short, the care and attention from Mandy really was first class. She went above and beyond and is a real asset to the Health Service.
