About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as a service user),

I had such a great experience and made to feel at ease with the most fantastic staff in the RVH . They treated me with respect and talked to me throughout the procedure.

I had been in hospital quite a few times this year and was not looking forward to another procedure - I had cancelled this procedure previously   and did not want to go back to any hospital - anyway my family insisted I went ahead and I'm glad I did. 

Dr Morrison was lovely as was his helpers - BJ, Bernie, Darling, Anna and Abbie.

Thank you all so much - you all do a great job!

Thank you very much for taking the time to get in touch about your recent visit to RVH Endoscopy. I am glad to hear you had a positive experience. Coming to hospital can be daunting at the best of times, but is worse if you have multiple appointments and clinics to attend. I am glad you have a family who care about you and encouraged you to come and see us. I will pass on your kind words to the team and to the individuals mentioned in your post.
