I explained my symptoms and my concerns about my shaking right hand to the doctor. He discounted Motor Neurone Disease but sent a request for a brain scan and asked for a blood test which I was able to do the same day at the phlebotomy unit, where they also did a very good job in taking blood from a difficult vein. I particularly liked the fact that the Doctor I saw whose name I am not allowed to include was prepared to discount one of my worries but wanted to get to the bottom of my problem. What I expect from a General Practitioner
