"Outpatient visit to level 0 area J"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Outpatients Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Plastic surgery

(as the patient),

I recently attended a face to face consultancy to be assessed for a hand deformation at the RD&E Outpatients level 0 area J

First Receptionist: really cheerful and helpful.

Second Receptionist: Little grumpy, ( but then, behind glass and using a poor intercom) look with what they have to contend with, people asking for them to repeat themselves.

Appointment Nurse; Fabulous, cheerful and supportive.

Registrar: Doctor Shwetha, professional, very thorough and informative. a pleasure to meet this personable young doctor.

Consultant: Ms. Witt, entirely reassured by Ms. Witts' professionalism, examination and kind manner; I feel privileged to be under the care of this Consultants team. A real level of excellence in this RD&E provision.

Thank you for the lovely feedback and taking the time to complete this. We are very proud of the staff in the unit and will pass on your thanks to the team.

Other departments have removed their screens and we too will be looking to do this to help with communication with our receptionists.
