I was a bit flustered as the clinic was a bit difficult to find and I was later than I wanted to be. But the receptionist was really nice and welcoming. Waited not long at all and then saw Nicky. She was very nice, kind and she put me at ease.
Was examined and had some fluids taken. I needed to give a sample but I couldn't and they were kind and gave me some water and allowed me to wait and drink some more.
Spoke to Nicky about what's next and she was again great. I'm not sure who was collecting the samples but she was very patient with me and even helped me with directions to get back home because of all the roadworks around Stafford.
The whole team were great and I didn't feel judged or uncomfortable at any point. Thank you to everyone. I really appreciated the kindness.
