"Long waiting period "

About: Wexham Park Hospital

Initial service was great and very quick, but then l had to wait more than 2 hours to have blood samples taken. Another 2hours to see a doctor and then 4 hours waiting to see a surgeon but eventually l got tired and l had to leave without seeing the surgeon, l had to leave without getting getting the help l came for. I waited for more than 8 hours in total, but still l did not get the help l needed. I would say the waiting time is just too much, l don't know what can be done to improve on that. Imagine waiting 8hours but still not getting the help. Please help on that. Thank you.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave this feedback about your experience at Wexham Park Hospital. Please accept my apologies on behalf of the Trust that you had to wait so long. It is not an excuse but I am sure you can appreciate that the Trust is extremely busy and that your wait was not malicious but simply a by-product of the circumstances.
