"Long waiting period "

About: Wexham Park Hospital

Initial service was great and very quick, but then l had to wait more than 2 hours to have blood samples taken. Another 2hours to see a doctor and then 4 hours waiting to see a surgeon but eventually l got tired and l had to leave without seeing the surgeon, l had to leave without getting getting the help l came for. I waited for more than 8 hours in total, but still l did not get the help l needed. I would say the waiting time is just too much, l don't know what can be done to improve on that. Imagine waiting 8hours but still not getting the help. Please help on that. Thank you.

It is not an excuse but I am sure you can appreciate that the Trust is extremely busy and that your wait was not malicious but simply a by-product of the circumstances.
