I can honestly say that from the moment I stepped onto ward 14 of the jubilee wing I was put at ease. Been slightly apprehensive about the procedure I was immediately calmed and the nurses did an excellent job throughout. A massive thank you to everyone involved and for making it such a stress free experience. The whole process was efficient from the start and every need I had was taken care of.

Again a massive thanks for everything.
