"Forever grateful for the amazing help"

About: Droitwich and Ombersley and The Rurals Neighbourhood Team

(as a relative),

Having found ourselves in a place where we need to provide end of life care for a relative at home at very short notice, our GP got the team involved to help us cope.

We were simply blown away by the support they were able to give us - we simply didn't know these angels existed. The team helped us care and cope on all levels and being available day & night allowed us to truly savour every minute our family had together.

Special thank you needs to go to Jo who was the first team member to come to our door.  Jo, your assessment of the situation, the help you put in place and your extreme kindness gave us the believe we were able to fulfil our loved one's last wish and we are forever grateful.

Thank you so much for taking the time to send us your feedback. Firstly our sincere condolences to you for your recent loss. As a team we endeavour to give kind and compassionate care and it is wonderful that we were able to make a difference to you and your family when you needed. I will be sure to share this with the wider team and with Jo personally.
