"I start to feel myself again."

I have had a lot of bad situations in my life that has knocked my self esteem, confidence and having negative thoughts and feelings. Ended up on anti-depressants first time in my life, then I get sentenced to prison, whilst I was in prison I have been on Acct twice and resulted in self harm. 

I approached Inclusion for help how I feel and was allocated a mental health nurse in Nov 2023. 

I really enjoy our sessions and I hope by the end our sessions I start to feel myself again.
