I would like to thank maternity triage team, Frances for the kind and relaxed way she put my daughter at ease during maternity triage visit.
She remained calm, explained what she was doing, went out of her way in keeping my daughter calm, discussed options.
Generally overall made a distressing time very pleasant.
Pleased to say all is well.
