About: Sexual Health Services - Telford and Wrekin (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

At my appointment I found there to be, no parking and rude huffy staff. 

Explained a sensitive situation and was just sent off to swab myself in the toilets when there was an examination couch with a curtain that I believe would have been a better option and more dignified.

No empathy with sensitive situation.
