"This service is so valuable"

I was referred to the clinic as I had an unexplained post menopausal bleed and was seen within two weeks of referral. Recently I have been going through different scary health issues so was very anxious as here was yet another one. I phoned to ask some questions prior to visit and was reassured my concerns would be listen to on the day. It is fair to say I was a very anxious patient despite having attended the clinic before.

The staff could not have been more understanding from the moment I arrived.

Janice the advanced nurse practitioner listened to me and was very reassuring that any procedures that followed would be talked through with me and I could choose whether I wanted things to stop. The whole nursing team Aynslie, Claire,Heather and Medern ( apologies if name is incorrect) were so good at helping to put me at ease. They are a credit to your hospital and want to thank them so much.

This service is so valuable but not only that the people I met were so, so good at making you feel cared for and valued. I felt in good, caring and professional hands but in a way that had me feel as if I was chatting to close friends.
