(as a relative),

The incredible staff at ICU as my aunt passed could not have given her better care.

Hannah was beyond wonderful to her and us as a family. Words cannot describe our gratitude for the amazing TLC she was given.

After having some pretty awful experiences in hospital in the past, my Aunt died with so much love, dignity and respect and in peace.

I cannot express how much it meant to us as a family for her to have passed in such an honourable way.

Thank you to all involved. Keeley from Palliative Care, Hannah ICU sister and the chaplain Simon in particular.

I would personally like to thank you for your kind words, especially during your time of grief.

As a team we would like to offer our condolences to you and your family at this very difficult time.

I am so pleased to hear that you and your family felt well looked after by our ICU team and I will make sure this feedback is passed onto everyone.
