I was diagnosed with bipolar eight years ago, I have always struggled all my life with my mental health with the highs and the lows. I self medicated with alcohol to help with my low moods and high moods. It was like a train crash. I no longer consume alcohol and regularly go to AA Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
The help I have had from NHS has been good. The best thing happened to me around six months ago when I was offered employment and benefits advice from a gentleman called
Samuel he helped me to apply receive pips, which has been useful as I only work part time. Samuel also has been helping me look for a new career in the future.
"The best thing happened to me"
