My wife and I attended for the annual flu and Covid jabs. The whole procedure was set up to be as smooth and efficient as possible, everyone was in a cheerful and helpful mood from the people directing us where to go to the people administering the vaccine. It was particularly good to see people with reduced mobility being treated with helpful concern. Thank you to the 'jabbers' who didn't ignore my mild needle phobia but injected me with gentleness.

Thankyou for your kind words. This was the first time we have done a joint flu/covid clinic with one of our neighbours (West Park Surgery) - and we were pretty pleased with how well it went. Having your positive feed back is important to us, so a huge thankyou.
All patients are a priority to us, whether mobile or not so mobile, and we did try our very best to be kind and accommodating with everyone on the day. Our 'jabbers' as you put it were a mixture of both nursing teams from Aitune and West Park Surgery, so I will pass on your words to them.
