About: Children's Specialist Health Services / School Immunisation team

(as a service user),

Due to mix up my daughter didn’t get her flu vaccine along with her classmates.

Mary and Estelle from the school immunisation team contacted me the same day to let me know and to let me know what would happen with her vaccine.

They called back, as they said they would, to let me know when they could carry out her vaccine and were kind and helpful on the phone to me. 

Thank you very much for an excellent service ladies.

I am responsible for organising immunisation programmes and providing clinical leadership to support these programmes for North and South Lanarkshire.
