Looking to return to work following long period of sick leave following surgery and a stroke. Superb support from practice at all times, and in relation to certificates issued by the doctors. My thanks for providing an excellent certificate at short notice (received today) to enable my employer to start the process of my reintegration. This practice also deals with my repeat medication, which is also administered professionally and without issue.
