Annual follow-up OPA. Mr Parsons put me (and my wife) at our ease. Very good communicator. Given all relevant info, and options with well guided advice. We felt very comprehensively informed. Altogether a very good appointment.

Got the full letter before I got home on the same day. Amazing!
