"She has always made me feel so at ease"

About: Health visiting / Angus Health Visiting

(as a service user),

Becoming a first time mum was the best thing to ever happen to me! I am so lucky and fortunate to be surrounded by such a good group of friends and such a caring family.

However, my health visitor Lauren has been such a consistent support too. She has always made me feel so at ease and has supported me in on my journey of navigating parenthood.

I have always felt comfortable to message Lauren and she will always get back to me so quickly and efficiently. It’s so nice to have someone like her and it’s a nice reassurance for those who are less fortunate to have such a great support network.

Dear Parent,

firstly, congratulations on the arrival of your new baby. You talk so positively about being a first time Mum and the support you have had from your Health Visitor.

I am delighted that you have had such a good experience of the Health Visiting Service and am very grateful that you have taken the time to feed back to us.
