Saw consultant, had chest x-ray and bloods taken. Everyone was lovely and despite it being the first one held at the Nightingale, it flowed well.
Nothing was rushed but neither was I left waiting for anything.
Professor Gibbons was absolutely lovely, easy to talk to and answered my questions.
Nick the radiographer who did my chest X-ray was friendly and nice.
Hannah who did my bloods was also friendly and very caring and the nurses and receptionist also excellent, friendly and made the clinic very easy to access and feel reassured throughout.
The Nightingale is a nice easy to navigate building with volunteers able to help people find where they need to go.
It is a shame there’s no car park but the drop off point is fine and the public transport availability seems to be very good.
Excellent the covid hospital has been put to such good use.
