About: North Devon District Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Since Covid I have suffered badly with Anxiety so wasn't looking forward to attending an echo at NDDH Cardiology Dept.

As soon as I arrived John was a friendly face waiting to do my scan. I explained about my anxiety and straight away John made me feel at ease and relaxed, keeping me informed on what was happening all the way through the procedure.

I would like to thank John for keeping me calm and being professional throughout
