"I thought the whole thing was superb."

About: Glasgow Dental Hospital and School / Dental

(as a service user),

I've been waiting for a few years to have a tooth removed. The dental hospital did a scan of my tooth earlier this year and saw a nerve next to the tooth.

On this trip, I went to have the tooth removed. Everything was on time, the dentist and assistant were excellent. After the procedure, the dentist started to tell me about the aftercare, however I asked him to wait until my wife could come in, which he did, and explained everything to her again.

I thought the whole thing was superb.

I was apprehensive before I went because of a previous experience but this time round I didn't feel a thing.

Dear silverwarefe74, 10/10/24

I am sorry you had such a wait for your treatment, but so pleased that your care experience was so positive. Our Oral Surgery team work very hard to keep clinics running efficiently wherever they can, making every procedure as pain free as is possible.

Your feedback will go along way in reassuring other patients who may be anxious about attending the Dental Hospital, thank you so much.

Best wishes,

Fiona
