From the moment I entered the building, I felt I was among friends. I went in to have some small cysts removed under local anaesthetic, and from start to finish the procedure was carried through with quiet efficiency. The consultant was of course excellent, and the team that assisted him were second to none. They were obviously used to working together and just got on with their jobs. Thanks so much to all of you for making the procedure as pleasant and pain-free an experience as possible.
