"GP wants to see me but appointment not available "

About: Manor Park Surgery

Received a message to make an appointment so phoned to make it receptionist says no go have to phone at 8am or 1pm

If they want to see me why is it not possible to make an appointment?

Dear patient,

Thank you for your feedback. As you have chosen to stay anonymous, I am unable to contact you to discuss your concerns further.

It is usual practice that if the GP wishes to see the patient routinely, the patient is required to make that appointment.

Same day and pre bookable appointments for routine/non-urgent things can be made at the reception desk or over the telephones at 8am or 1pm or you can complete a Patch’s consultation via our practice website Monday-Friday between 8am to 2pm. We advertise how patients can obtain appointments at Manor Park Surgery in the entrance to our surgery, on the website and from time to time on our Facebook page.
