From me first contacting your department, the whole process was quick and efficient.

Everything was advised and explained very well by Gillian, Occupational Therapy Assistant.

The work was done very quickly, the installation of the rails carried out very efficiently by your competent and friendly staff.

I am extremely happy with the final result.
