About: Adult Mental Health Community / IPS Futures Positive - City

(as a service user),

Ann-Louise is my sons IPS Employment Specialist and has worked with my son for over a year now. Without her and the knowledge of the work she does and her organisation and experience, my son would not be where he is now.

My son does not relate to any one, but has really related with Ann-Louise, she takes her time to explain things step by step and goes at my sons pace, never gives up on him and praises him when needed, works close by with family members too eg me his mum, so I have a lot of praises for Ann-Louise her work she does to help him find work and thank her organisation too

I manage a team of employment specialists which is attached to Mansfield, Ashfield and Newark& Sherwood LMHT. the service supports the service users to seek suitable job opportunities by offering intense support that is responsive to individuals' strenghts, skills abilities and percieved barriers and follows this with time unlimited on job support to help sustian employment. provides employment support, careers advise and guidance to the service users who are under the care of AMH.
