"Feel like I’ve turned a big corner"

About: Community Services / Hospital Liaison Team

(as a service user),

When I saw the Hospital Liaison Team I wanted to die when they first brought me in.

Roshanne changed my tablets, then I had a tube put in to help me eat. 

Now I feel like I’ve turned a big corner and I’m looking forward to going home. 

More staff would be nice though.
