"Disappointed yet again"

About: Hedon Group Practice

Called at 8 and was pleased to get a appointment for the same day, however my appointment was for 9.30 and didn't see the gp until 10.30 but the most disappointing thing was dispensary, my prescription wasn't ready to pick up which is fair enough but the rudeness of the person on dispensary was not good. People are there because they are feeling unwell and a little kindness costs nothing. I ended up leaving without my perception because when I asked how long it would be she just shrugged her shoulders.
