I would love to thank all the staff in Ward 4D, QEUH for the love, care , patience and skill they gave to Nan before she passed away this morning. Calcifalaxis is a truely devastating illness and can break even the strongest of souls. The staff, from consultants to domestic and everyone between were so kind to not only Nan, but to her family and friends.
Our hearts are breaking, but it a comfort to know that she recieved the best of care.
Thank you all again, from one of Nan's 'coven' xxx
"Oor Nan"
