I recently attended Wycombe General Hospital DSU for a minor operation to remove a Hydrocele that had built up over several years.
The care I received before and during the operation was simply exemplary and I wanted to share this story with everyone.
I was assessed and given a thorough explanation of the operation several weeks ago, where I provided consent for the operation.
I attended a pre-operation assessment less than two weeks ago that also help me prepare for the operation.
The operation was performed and I couldn't be more impressed with the care, civility, dignity, and above all professionalism of the staff involved throughout. It really was top drawer and something the NHS should be immensely proud of.
I would love to pass on my utmost thanks to all the staff at the Wycombe Hospital DSU. Even the cleaner showed me the way to the toilet beforehand with good manners and civility.
Everyone should be incredibly proud of what they're doing there.
