Was made to feel comfortable, staff were friendly, polite and easy to talk to, even contacted OT regarding a walk in shower that not heard about for 6 months, did BP check found out the BP was dropping when standing up, sickness due to infection, and stressed due to recent cancer results, assured me about having knees replaced, was worried about that. And was assured by her, lovely lovely professional lady.
