"Getting A Sick Note"

About: Frimley Park Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

My experience was a pleasant one, I have no complaints the nurses did their jobs well and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. This wasn't my first time having surgery or being under general anaesthesia so I was not feeling anxieties or anything. Nevertheless  I thought the nurses and doctors were very professional and made my stay as pleasant and relaxed as possible. The only part that got me was the waiting for the surgery as I got very restless waiting. The only problem I'm having is getting a sick note for 4 weeks as the hospital seemed to have forgot to give me one. I'm presently trying to get one from my GP but haven't heard back yet and my surgery was 4 days ago.
