Attended Lagan Valley Hospital for an Endoscopy: It not being my usual hospital, arrived early to check in desk. Lady on check in desk very friendly.
The staff nurse who escorted me to my procedure to check all details and gave me the gowns was lovely, friendly and made me feel very relaxed.
The ladies in the theatre were all brilliant, not to mention the Endoscopist, very nice.
All in all I would definitely love to return to this part of Lagan Valley. I felt so calm and relaxed, even when I was in recovery, lovely staff nurse gave me all my information of my procedure and most importantly the tea and toast!!!
Thank you to all the staff at Lagan Valley.
