"I felt supported at every stage"

I had to have a hysteroscopy and was a bit worried about the procedure.  I have not had one before, I was on my own and a little fearful of the procedure and the potential outcome.  However, the staff were so kind and I felt supported at every stage, before, throughout and after the procedure.  They respected my dignity, listened properly to my concerns (not just dismissing them) and was cheerful throughout keeping me relaxed.  Thank you as your care was outstanding and I felt really safe.
