"I was able to switch appointments"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Radiography services

(as a service user),

I got an appointment for the CT guided injections. The time didn’t suit with my little boy starting nursery, I phoned and the lady on the phone I think her name was Samantha. She was so lovely, she said she would try and get the other patient to switch. She phoned me back to say she couldn’t get through but would keep trying and let me know.

I was able to switch, which was great. 

On the day, the receptionist was lovely. The radiologist Claire was very good and the Dr (DR Porter) was so nice and calm and friendly. 

Over the years I have came accross a lot of medical staff, in various different hospitals and hands down this team were the best. They seemed so calm, nice and professional.

It means a lot to have people who are friendly and treat you as a person and not a number on a sheet. Thank you!
