"Social worker has been a really good support for us"

This care opinion relates to newly qualified social worker Chloe, from the Family Intervention Team, Newry, Northern Ireland. 

Chloe has worked with myself and my partner over the last few months in relation to my partner’s two younger siblings who are now living with us under a kinship arrangement. 

Chloe has been a really good support for both ourselves and the children.

Although the past 6 months have been difficult and our relationship with Social Services hasn’t been great, we appreciate Chloe for all that she has done for us and the children.

Chloe makes a fantastic Social Worker and has built a really good relationship with both children and we all wish her the best in her career as she moves on from our family.
