"Very pleased with care thus far"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance Yeovil District Hospital / Ward 6a Yeovil District Hospital / Ward 9a

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Sister lives alone and fell after losing balance. She rang ambulance and is pleased with the ambulance service, said they showed her respect. Taken by ambulance to Yeovil hospital, taken to ward 6a but transferred to 9a after examination. Very pleased with care thus far, no complaints with noise or food and next steps are to clear infection and hopefully be discharged.
