"First class service"

I contacted my GP via online service to raise my concerns about a mole. The next day Dr Hughes called me and was so lovely and professional and arranged medical illustrations the next again day and referred me to dermatology. That same day I got a call from admin team who had a cancellation slots available and got me in the next week. 

On the day of my appointment at UHM in dermatology lesion clinic, every single person was so professional friendly and comforting. I’m sorry I didn’t get all the names but the Dr was able to get me a slot the same day for removal of the lesion. I think maybe the Dr's name was Damian and I’m sorry I cannot remember the nurse's name. Both of them gave me good chat throughout the procedure which was over and done so quickly! I’m now healing beautifully and awaiting my pathology results. 

I just wanted to give credit where it’s due as we often hear all the negative and never the positives! Everyone listened to me and made me feel so comfortable. 

So thank you to Dr Hughes at St Luke’s Medical in Carluke, staff at medical illustrations, admin staff and all staff at dermatology lesion clinic, you are all amazing and really appreciated.
